StepWise Developer - Optum Platform (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented StepWise Developer to join our team remotely. As a StepWise Developer, you will work on the Optum platform, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using the StepWise platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable process flows.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, API integrations, and event-driven processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing workflows for performance and reliability.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and client use.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing in StepWise (Optum platform preferred).
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET / ASP.NET.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and relational database design.
• Advanced Excel skills to support formula calculations and configuration within StepWise tools.
• Experience building and consuming web services (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Familiarity with enterprise system integrations (e.g., Oracle, DB2, ODBC-compliant systems).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
