What You'll Do

• You will be the driving force behind data-driven insights across the company, developing scalable data models and building self-service analytics structures.
• As a Senior Analytics Engineer remote, you will create smart data products that enable our teams to make truly data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with business partners to translate their requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics within the company.
• Enhance our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery.
• Ensure data quality through test frameworks, validation processes, and comprehensive documentation.
• Challenge assumptions and advocate for data-informed approaches, even with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Generalist.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools like dbt, as well as visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
• A deep understanding of data modeling concepts enables you to efficiently structure datasets for analytics and reporting.
• You have a data-first mindset and take pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all analytics outputs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• You prioritize initiatives based on business impact and deliver insights and recommendations that drive meaningful action.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for data engineering and orchestration tasks.
