Senior Information Systems Security Manager - Remote Opportunity

Leidos is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSE) remote position in our Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). What You'll Do

• Validate and verify system security requirements for large-scale systems in a complex network environment.
• Identify and implement appropriate information security architectures to ensure uniform application of security policy.
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions and standards based on current system security architecture.
• Assist in evaluating and mitigating system security threats throughout the program life cycle.
• Collaborate with internal technical experts and communicate with program points of contact regarding security issues.
• Participate in program increment planning and agile team activities.
• Work closely with System Engineering and Test Engineering teams to ensure security requirements are met.
• Analyze system implementations against security compliance policies and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related discipline with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying Risk Management Framework and IT security policy.
• Familiarity with security tools such as Nessus, NMAP, and Wireshark.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple systems and components simultaneously.
• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with military Satellite Communications (SATCOM) organizations.
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and key management technologies.
• Experience with penetration testing tools and scripting languages.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 or 3.
• ISSEP or CISSP Certification.
