About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and enhance employee engagement across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
