About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader for Burger King at Brussels Airport. • Manage administrative tasks including inventory control, order placements, and cash register reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety procedures to maintain high standards.
• Act as a problem solver, addressing any issues that arise during service to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality or fast-food industry, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during peak service times.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining quality standards.
• Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
