Customer Service Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Teleflex, a leading provider of medical technologies. This Customer Service Coordinator remote position will allow you to manage customer orders and queries in the Iberia market, ensuring that we maintain strong relationships with our clients and maximize sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Process all customer orders received via telephone, fax, and post accurately and promptly.
- Handle customer queries regarding orders, stock situations, deliveries, invoices, and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.
- Maintain regular communication with the warehouse and purchasing department to coordinate deliveries and returns.
- Act as the principal contact person for designated key accounts and report monthly activities to management.
- Liaise with the sales team regarding quotations, orders, and general customer information.
- Process daily invoicing and billing corrections in accordance with company policy.
- Perform general administration tasks and adhere to the Teleflex Quality Management system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Experience in the Spanish medical device market is desirable.
- Education to Leaving Certificate level or similar; a business or relevant third-level qualification is preferred.
- A few years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably within a multinational context.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Familiarity with SAP SD is a plus.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility to assist colleagues in meeting deadlines.
