Senior Full Stack Developer - AI Integration (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer - AI Integration to join our innovative team at Xappex. This remote position allows you to work with cutting-edge technologies as we integrate AI capabilities into our CRM data management tools. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop scalable, high-performance distributed systems that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
• Lead the integration of AI-powered features across our product suite, including natural language interfaces and intelligent data handling capabilities.
• Evaluate and integrate AI APIs, such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI, into production features.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high standards of code quality and architecture.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment, continuously improving your skills and contributing to team goals.
• Work primarily with JavaScript (ECMAScript 2025+), TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MySQL.
• Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
• Stay current with the AI landscape and proactively bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a full stack development role, preferably in a startup or product environment.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ECMAScript 2025+), TypeScript, Node.js, React, and MySQL.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Fluent UI or MobX.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered product features and AI-assisted development tools.
• Deep interest in AI and its applications in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Belarusian or Russian is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Previous work with AI APIs and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack and Jira.
