About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at Softr, a pioneering AI-native platform for building business applications without code. As a Community Manager remote, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships within our community and driving engagement across our primary channels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all community efforts, ensuring effective communication and engagement across platforms like Slack and Twitter.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of community channels, responding to inquiries and relaying feedback to the product team.
  • Monitor and report on community feedback, using insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Organize and execute community initiatives, including events, workshops, and Q&As to enhance member engagement.
  • Develop and maintain programs such as Ambassador and Influencer initiatives to expand community reach.
  • Actively participate in discussions about Softr on social media, representing the community's voice.
  • Experiment with new initiatives to understand what resonates with both B2C and B2B customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to share insights and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Community Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong passion for no-code and automation tools, with practical experience in the space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for a fully remote team.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to understanding and addressing user needs.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make strategic decisions aligned with company goals.
  • Experience engaging with diverse, multi-geographical customers and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
