Senior E-commerce Project Manager (Shopify) - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior E-commerce Project Manager (Shopify) to lead execution and delivery across Mira's website — our core revenue channel. This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce and Shopify systems. As a Senior E-commerce Project Manager (Shopify), you'll drive projects from brief to launch, build scalable processes, and ensure high-quality on-time delivery across our Shopify ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Shopify projects, including landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), checkout processes, and integrations.
• Translate business and product needs into clear scopes, timelines, and development-ready requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution.
• Establish and improve workflows for development, quality assurance, releases, and post-launch monitoring.
• Work closely with developers to unblock work, clarify requirements, and ensure quality implementation.
• Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and ensure they are addressed during delivery.
• Drive operational improvements for faster launches, fewer errors, and clearer ownership.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, product management, or website ownership.
• Proven experience managing Shopify stores for brands generating $5M–$20M+ in revenue.
• Strong product thinking and execution skills, with an understanding of user behavior, business goals, and technical logic.
• Experience working closely with developers on technical projects.
• Clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to drive decisions and push back when necessary.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows.

Nice To Have

• Experience in health, wellness, or regulated products.
• Background in subscription or lifecycle-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks.
