Senior DevOps /​ DevEx Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps / DevEx Engineer to join our dynamic team at RevenueCat. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the AMER, APAC, or EMEA regions. As a Senior DevOps / DevEx Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our internal development platform, which empowers our engineering teams to ship safely and efficiently. You'll be part of a remote-first culture that values customer obsession and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Build tools, services, and automation that enhance the productivity of our engineering team.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes using cutting-edge technologies.
• Utilize Pulumi and Python for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage Kubernetes services and infrastructure.
• Foster a self-serve culture that promotes autonomy while ensuring safety and best practices.
• Shape the future of development by integrating AI tools and ensuring adherence to security standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx, or Platform Engineering with a strong software development background.
• Proven ability to proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Solid knowledge of Python and familiarity with GitHub.
• AI-curious mindset with an understanding of how AI tools are transforming engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with feature flags and automated deployment strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
