What You'll Do

• Develop and train machine learning models for prediction and classification, ensuring robust performance and production readiness.
• Explore large datasets to identify patterns and trends, translating business questions into analytical tasks.
• Design feature engineering pipelines and data preprocessing workflows to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data engineers to deploy and maintain ML models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Implement monitoring for model performance and data drift, supporting A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of ML best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on machine learning and data analysis.
• Proficient in Python programming and experienced with libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and complex analytical queries.
• Familiarity with streaming data platforms like Kafka and analytical columnar databases such as ClickHouse.
• Understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of computer vision models and frameworks.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
