Senior Client Success Manager - Remote Strategic Accounts
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Rithum. In this role, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring that each client achieves measurable success with our platform. You will lead onboarding, drive business outcomes, and identify growth opportunities while building strong partnerships that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic accounts, guiding them through the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Conduct regular business reviews to communicate progress and reinforce the impact of our solutions.
- Proactively engage clients to understand their evolving needs and align Rithum’s offerings accordingly.
- Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring a strong start through customized guidance.
- Monitor account health using data insights to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals.
- Own the renewal process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Coach and mentor less experienced Client Success Managers to elevate team capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong executive presence and experience managing escalations with senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Familiarity with strategic account planning and enterprise procurement processes.
- High proficiency with Salesforce and related tools to manage workflows and maintain data accuracy.
- Prior experience in eCommerce or eCommerce SaaS is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience with Client Success platforms like Gainsight.
