Senior Designer & Art Director - Fashion & Brand Identity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer & Art Director remote to join our ABOUT YOU LAYBELS team. In this role, you will shape and elevate the visual identity of our fashion brands across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong creative vision and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and full visual brand guidelines.
• Ensure designs are adaptable across fashion collections, e-commerce platforms, social media, and print assets.
• Conceptualize and develop brand look & feel and seasonal visual directions.
• Lead and execute creative campaigns from ideation to production and post-production.
• Art direct shoots, including styling references, mood boards, and on-set direction.
• Create visual concepts for ABOUT YOU events, including fashion shows and branded experiences.
• Oversee design execution across physical and digital event assets.
• Contribute to defining visual strategy and long-term creative direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design and art direction, ideally within fashion or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and logo design, campaign, and art direction work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with creative AI tools for image generation and editing.
• Excellent visual taste and understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Skills in video editing, motion design, or photography.
• Experience working with or directing talent/influencers.
