IT M&A Director - Remote Opportunity with Relocation to Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT M&A Director remote to join our global consulting firm in Singapore. This role focuses on leading and delivering complex IT due diligence and post-merger integration projects across various industries. As an IT M&A Director remote, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape deal strategy, assess technology environments, and drive value creation through successful transaction execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs.
• Assess IT landscapes, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Identify risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities.
• Develop and execute IT integration and separation strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams and client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Provide strategic advice to C-suite stakeholders and private equity clients.
• Support business development through proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements

• Strong background in management consulting (essential).
• Proven experience in IT M&A, IT due diligence, or post-merger integration.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture and systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Singapore.
