Senior Google Cloud AI/​ML Expert - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Google Cloud AI/ML Expert to join our innovative team at PlanBnext. This remote position offers you the flexibility to work on your own schedule while tackling real-world AI and machine learning challenges. What You'll Do

• Resolve real production machine learning and AI API issues in live environments.
• Utilize your expertise in Google Cloud AI/ML, including Vertex AI, to develop and deploy models.
• Engage with various AI modules such as Document AI and Contact Center AI (CCAI).
• Collaborate with a global team to enhance our on-demand platform.
• Work on a pay-per-ticket basis, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on ticket complexity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in at least one GCP AI/ML domain.
• Real production troubleshooting experience is essential.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Google Cloud Professional ML Engineer certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vertex AI Pipelines, model training, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Document AI processors and Vision API.
• Experience in telephony integration and conversation flow design in CCAI.
