About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support a client-facing business intelligence migration initiative, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools will be crucial in migrating reporting from SAP BusinessObjects to Microsoft BI tools.

What You'll Do

  • Lead meetings with internal teams and external client stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Document current-state BI reporting and perform detailed analysis comparing existing functionality to future-state Microsoft BI solutions.
  • Provide daily and weekly progress updates using Jira, identifying risks and roadblocks.
  • Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to end users to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft BI tools.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation throughout the migration process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with business intelligence tools, preferably Microsoft BI tools.
  • At least 2 years of database experience and experience documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with proficiency in using Agile tracking tools like Jira.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
