Senior Analyst – Structured Finance - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Structured Finance to join our team remotely. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading private banking institution recognized for its high credit rating in Andorra and among the top 10 in Spain. As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies and analyses that drive our operations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling, including the construction and maintenance of detailed financial models (3 statements, LBO models, covenant headroom, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing).
• Analyze key metrics such as leverage, DSCR, ICR, free cash flow generation, and working capital evolution.
• Review business plans and evaluate operational assumptions to ensure robust financial planning.
• Support the structuring of debt transactions (senior, mezzanine, unitranche, PIK, RCF, and other complementary lines).
• Assess collateral availability, guarantees, and recovery analysis to mitigate risks effectively.
• Prepare term sheets and assist in reviewing legal documentation for transactions.
• Coordinate and analyze due diligence processes, including financial, legal, tax, and operational aspects.
• Prepare teasers, investment memos, pitches, and presentations for clients, sponsors, or internal committees.
• Support the execution and follow-up of transactions, ensuring compliance with conditions precedent and periodic monitoring of live operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering; Master’s in Finance or Corporate Finance is a plus.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate banking, private debt, transactions (TAS/TS), restructuring, or corporate finance.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
