About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior AI/LLM Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on developing production-grade LLM tools that directly support business and workforce decision-making. As a Senior AI/LLM Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that go beyond research and prototypes.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications that enhance business operations.
• Fine-tune and adapt models to improve performance and reliability.
• Design evaluation frameworks and testing pipelines for robust AI systems.
• Develop agentic workflows and multi-step AI systems.
• Collaborate across LLMOps and MLOps, focusing on prompting, model routing, and observability.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in Python and/or C#.
• Experience working with LLMs in production environments.
• Hands-on exposure to fine-tuning or model adaptation.
• Experience building end-to-end AI systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Familiarity with behavioral and talent data analytics.
