About the Role

We are seeking a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team on a part-time basis. This remote role offers the opportunity to work 20 hours per week, contributing to an AI-powered platform that is transforming team interactions with specialized AI assistants. As a Semi-Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in feature development, system integrations, and ensuring platform stability.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain robust REST APIs for our core platform, ensuring secure handling of API requests and sensitive user data.
• Extend and optimize PostgreSQL schemas using Prisma ORM to enhance database performance.
• Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact capabilities while maintaining a clean, maintainable codebase.
• Develop and refine the web interface using React and Vite, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Support the DevOps pipeline using Docker and GitHub Actions, contributing to platform health and stability.
• Participate in testing, bug fixes, and incremental architectural improvements to enhance overall system performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with strong experience in Node.js and REST API design.
• Expertise in React development for frontend applications.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM for database management.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and asynchronous API integrations.
• Knowledge of API security best practices and environment-based configuration.

Nice To Have

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations, such as OpenAI API.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of observability and logging practices to enhance platform reliability.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering workflows.
