What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve upselling targets and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our diverse customer base.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with customer needs.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Spain without sponsorship.
• Experience leading sales or upselling teams with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively.
