About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager for our eCommerce Solutions team to join Distribusion Technologies in a remote capacity. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Online Booking Engine, which is pivotal for our partners to provide seamless ground transportation solutions. What You'll Do

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product vision.
• Drive continuous improvement of the product through data analysis and user feedback.
• Monitor key product KPIs to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong user-centric thinking with the ability to empathize with users and prioritize features effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision and updates.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience in writing clear and concise user stories.
• Data-driven decision-making skills to monitor KPIs and make informed product improvements.
