Sales Representative (Remote) - Out of Home Advertising
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Representative (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Ströer, a leading media company in Germany. In this role, you will independently identify new customers and engage with them in the field, showcasing our innovative portfolio of advertising solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our Out of Home (OOH) advertising strategy and achieving outstanding results.
What You'll Do
- Identify and acquire new business clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Engage with potential clients through phone and in-person meetings to present tailored advertising solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments during client meetings to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Close contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on sales skills through e-learning and training programs.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and KPIs to drive personal and company success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, particularly in new customer acquisition.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Strong empathy and closing skills to understand customer needs and persuade them effectively.
- Ambition and discipline; resilience in the face of rejection.
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital advertising or media sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
