About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative for Healthcare Diagnostics to join our team remotely. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our extensive range of molecular diagnostic products to clients in the healthcare sector. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading distributor of international companies, focusing on immunology, transplantation, genetics, oncology, and blood banks.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage client visits, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions with our products.
• Prospect potential clients by understanding market demands and the latest technologies available.
• Coordinate with the support team to provide training, demos, and resolve client issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the contracting department to prepare offers and budgets.
• Prepare reports and monitor budgets and tenders to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, or Laboratory sectors.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time within the Castilla-León region.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
