Sales Executive - Digital Recruitment Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive remote to actively shape the future of digital recruiting. In this role, you will help companies find the right talent while assisting candidates in securing jobs that fit their skills and aspirations. As a Sales Executive remote, you will take responsibility for the entire sales process and significantly contribute to the growth of a technologically leading recruitment company.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential new clients in the SME segment.
• Actively engage, present, and convincingly showcase our products.
• Provide personalized consultations and create tailored offers.
• Follow up diligently until successful closure.
• Carefully document all activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Initial experience in sales or customer contact.
• Interest in digital products and CRM systems.
• Clear, friendly, and persuasive communication skills.
• Enjoy consulting, presenting, and finding individual solutions.
• High motivation to learn and genuine interest in the sales environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the recruitment industry.
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
• Fluency in English and German.
