Sales Development Representative (Remote)

We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Tendencys Innovations. What You'll Do

• Execute proactive prospecting actions (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads.
• Identify and actively prospect new target accounts in e-commerce, retail, and marketplaces.
• Create and maintain a qualified prospect database.
• Qualify opportunities based on business criteria (volume, needs, operational viability).
• Manage and coordinate discovery meetings with decision-makers.
• Keep the CRM updated with sales activity and opportunity status.
• Collaborate in identifying new market segments and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Solid university education.
• Experience in online product and service sales.
• Proficient with CRM, CMS, and marketplaces.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
• Native French speaker.
• Proficient in spoken and written Spanish (B2/C1).

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics or technology sales.
• Familiarity with international shipping processes.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

What We Offer
