Reservations Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Reservations Coordinator to join our Central Reservations team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and take both bedroom and restaurant reservations for all 14 hotels within the Harbour Hotels group.
• Handle a high volume of communication in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service through confident telephone interactions and professional written communication.
• Multi-task effectively, managing incoming calls while responding to emails promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS for reservation management.
• Participate in unique on-the-job training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Previous hotel reservation or call center experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
