Textile Designer - Home Soft Goods (Hybrid Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Textile Designer - Home Soft Goods (Hybrid Remote) to join our product development team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work both onsite and remotely, allowing you to balance your creative work with flexibility. As a Textile Designer, you will focus on creating innovative woven and printed textiles for home soft goods, including bath linens, table linens, shower curtains, and rugs.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop woven and printed textile patterns for various home product categories.
• Lead the development of seasonal textile and rug collections, ensuring they meet market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your creative concepts from idea to production.
• Ensure that your designs align with manufacturing capabilities and weaving requirements.
• Create and manage artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Partner with vendors and production teams to ensure quality and execution of designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Textile Designer in home soft goods or related products.
• Strong expertise in woven and printed textile design.
• Deep understanding of textile construction and weaving processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience developing seasonal collections and driving product development.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for home soft goods (bath, rugs, table linens, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color, pattern, and trend development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
