About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at MGID, a leading global native advertising platform. This remote position offers you the opportunity to provide high-level technical support for our innovative systems. You will play a crucial role in helping brands and publishers collaborate effectively through our privacy-first targeting technology.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support via chat and email to our clients.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to various products.
  • Debug and troubleshoot integrations to ensure seamless operation.
  • Prepare and run queries in our database to assist with client inquiries.
  • Design and implement widgets to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Linux shell and MySQL.
  • Experience with bug tracking systems such as Youtrack and Jira.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Intermediate+ English proficiency is required.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with any programming language.
