About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at MGID, a leading global native advertising platform. This remote position offers you the opportunity to provide high-level technical support for our innovative systems. You will play a crucial role in helping brands and publishers collaborate effectively through our privacy-first targeting technology.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support via chat and email to our clients.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to various products.
- Debug and troubleshoot integrations to ensure seamless operation.
- Prepare and run queries in our database to assist with client inquiries.
- Design and implement widgets to enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Linux shell and MySQL.
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as Youtrack and Jira.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Intermediate+ English proficiency is required.
