About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Restaurant Server to join our team at Gray's Cuisine. As a Remote Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. What You'll Do

• Present yourself punctually at the designated location, maintaining personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Prepare the dining area by cleaning and arranging tables and chairs, ensuring everything is in good condition for customer use.
• Welcome customers warmly, check reservations, and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, including ingredients and potential allergens.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using a POS system or through memorization.
• Serve food and drinks using proper techniques, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Handle payments efficiently, ensuring transactions are completed successfully.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, especially concerning allergies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in using POS systems or willingness to learn.
