Product Manager - Global Markets (Remote)

About the Role

We're seeking a Product Manager - Global Markets (Remote) to lead the strategic and commercial success of our product lines across Sensience’s global customer base. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere while driving growth and customer value creation in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, energy, and appliance markets.

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of products with full accountability for revenue growth and lifecycle execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Finance on pricing strategy and demand planning.
• Lead product roadmap development, including new product introductions and portfolio optimization.
• Drive pricing strategy and margin improvement initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
• Translate voice-of-customer insights and market trends into clear product strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to define customer-valued features and ensure timely product delivery.
• Track and evaluate post-launch performance, including sales performance and customer adoption.
• Create compelling value propositions for Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years in product management or related roles in Industrial or HVAC markets.
• Proven ability to manage products across the full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong business acumen with experience in pricing and profitability improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools.
• Customer-facing position requiring travel.
