As an Implementation Product Manager remote, you will lead the deployment and adoption of healthcare solutions that enhance value-based care across community health systems. What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation efforts from kickoff through go-live and transition to operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and operational stakeholders, to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Foster strong relationships with clinical, technical, and leadership teams to ensure effective communication and alignment during implementation.
• Identify and mitigate development and adoption risks while managing resources to maintain focus on priorities.
• Ensure tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) related to cost, quality, and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare focus, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in product management or related roles, particularly in healthcare.
• Proven ability to execute product strategies to deploy impactful healthcare solutions.
• Strong understanding of value-based care principles and experience in managing multiple concurrent implementations.
• Experience with OKR and KPI tracking and analysis to evaluate product impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Figma, and Confluence.
• Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies.
• Passion for innovation and enhancing customer experiences in healthcare settings.
