About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our team at Maltego, focusing on managing our global partner ecosystem. This Senior Partner Manager remote position will drive partner performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence across EMEA and the US.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Maltego’s partner network, ensuring effective onboarding and compliance.
  • Drive channel-sourced and channel-influenced revenue, focusing on pipeline creation and deal progression.
  • Lead joint account planning with Sales and partners to capitalize on strategic opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential partners, ensuring alignment with our partnership strategy.
  • Oversee partner readiness through training and certification pathways.
  • Develop and implement annual partner strategies, setting commercial objectives and success criteria.
  • Serve as the primary interface between partners and Marketing, ensuring alignment on joint initiatives.
  • Maintain operational cadence with partners through regular reviews and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or ecosystem leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving pipeline and closing deals.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and co-selling models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Background in cybersecurity, intelligence, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience with certification or enablement programs.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
