What You'll Do

• Deliver professional HR support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Manage HR casework effectively, providing timely resolutions to employee relations matters.
• Advise on conduct, capability, attendance, and grievance cases, ensuring fair application of policies.
• Support hearings and appeals, including documentation preparation and guidance.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing our HR function.

Requirements

• CIPD qualification or actively working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Experience in managing HR casework with professionalism.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary HR team.
• Experience working with trade unions or in an industrial relations setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the defense sector.
• Familiarity with security clearance processes.
• Previous involvement in HR project management.
