About the Role

We are seeking a Health and Safety Prevention Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Prévenir, a pioneering SPSTI that supports approximately 14,000 workers in Île-de-France. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining fieldwork with remote activities such as webinars and virtual consultations. As a Health and Safety Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting workplace health and safety, ensuring that our member companies effectively assess, prioritize, and mitigate professional risks.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct workplace assessments, including site visits and observations, to gather information on activities, personnel, organization, processes, products, equipment, and exposure risks.
  • Produce and update company risk assessment documents, contributing to the development of risk evaluation strategies (DUERP, prevention plans, SST registers).
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize various risks, including physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, and organizational risks.
  • Formulate prevention recommendations based on a structured approach: elimination, substitution, collective protections, and organizational changes.
  • Assist in developing and prioritizing realistic action plans tailored to the company's resources, and monitor the implementation of these plans.
  • Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns on safety and prevention topics.
  • Participate in CSE meetings and contribute to investigations following workplace accidents as needed.
  • Engage in collective actions organized by the SPSTI, including prevention campaigns, workshops, webinars, and sharing experiences.

Requirements

  • IPRP registration (DREETS) or certification from an accredited organization if self-employed.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in professional risk prevention or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred areas of expertise: ergonomics, work psychology, industrial hygiene, HSE consulting.
  • Ability to create company profiles, conduct risk assessments, and perform job studies.
  • Strong communication skills for advising employers and, when applicable, employee representatives.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model (field and remote) and digital tools.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate with occupational physicians, IDEST, work psychologists, social workers, ergonomists, and ASST.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Familiarity with current health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
