What You'll Do

• Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes.
• Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude.
• Lead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflows.
• Manage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or AI/automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms.
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering basics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
• Ability to work remotely with time zone overlap as required.
• Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operations.
