About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at QUERY Informatique. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with clients in the software solutions sector. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth of our innovative software products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct proactive telephone prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, either independently or with the support of the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations to prospects.
- Maintain and update the client contact database regularly.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: BAC + 2 in business or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in telephone prospecting or telemarketing is a plus.
- Language: Proficient in French is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Experience in B2B sales or software sales.
