About the Role

We are hiring a Remote AI Reviewer and Code Improver to support our clients in enhancing AI development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work flexibly, with hours ranging from 5 to 40 per week based on project availability. As a Remote AI Reviewer and Code Improver, you will analyze AI-generated software code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability, providing structured feedback to improve AI system performance.

What You'll Do

• Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI models.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI responses.
• Explain technical and programming concepts clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Contribute to multiple projects based on your skills, experience, and availability.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Spanish proficiency required; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written form.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI development and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with software development best practices.
• Previous experience in code review or software testing.
