Customer Project Manager - Battlefield Health (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager - Battlefield Health to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in delivering our innovative SitaWare Battlefield Health product to clients across Germany and Central Europe. This role combines project management with healthcare technology, ensuring that our clients have the critical information they need at their fingertips.

What You'll Do

• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, from contract negotiation to invoicing.
• Coordinate collaboration between technical product experts, clients, and the development team.
• Manage projects based on KPIs, management briefings, and business committee meetings.
• Support sales in proposal processes, customer visits, and workshops.
• Build and develop our delivery organization for clients in Central Europe.
• Present product innovations at customer events and actively maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
• Certification in project management at PMI, Prince2, or IPMA Level B/C.
• Proven experience as a customer-oriented project manager with complex IT projects based on software rollouts.
• Solid knowledge of IT contract management and experience in a software development environment.
• Experience in the defense or healthcare sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20 days per year, mainly to the headquarters in Aarhus and to clients in Germany).
