About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for Medical Devices to join our team at Vermeiren. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Bavaria, Germany. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will actively acquire new customers and manage existing relationships with medical supply stores and distributors. Your role will involve planning and conducting product training sessions in the medical retail sector and hospitals. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape your sales activities and contribute to the growth of our product portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and expand the existing sales market in the Bavaria region.
  • Actively acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients in the medical supply sector.
  • Plan and conduct product training sessions for medical retailers and clinics.
  • Take responsibility for sales and profitability across the entire product portfolio in your territory.
  • Continuously analyze the market and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty in close collaboration with the Customer Service Team.
  • Conduct active market and competitor observation to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical education, ideally in the medical supply or assistive technology sector.
  • Several years of experience in consulting and selling medical devices in a field sales role.
  • Independent and structured working style with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Team-oriented, open-minded, and customer-focused.
  • Willingness to travel, as your residence must be within the sales territory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
