What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for a mix of engineering, infrastructure, support, and business roles.
• Source globally and move fast to hire exceptional talent.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, People Ops, and senior leadership.
• Drive a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.
• Share the Telnyx story—our mission, products, and culture—with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Use data to continually improve hiring processes and results.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience across tech and business functions.
• Strong track record of hiring engineers and technical talent globally.
• Comfortable juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and strategic.
• Confident working directly with C-level and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting in telecom, wireless, or AI sectors.
• Familiarity with CPaaS/UCaaS hiring.
• Greenhouse or similar ATS experience.
