Project Manager in Facility Management - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager in Facility Management to join our team at Apleona. This remote opportunity allows you to lead projects while enjoying a flexible work environment. As a central point of contact for clients, you will oversee project performance and ensure quality control in all aspects of facility management.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding project services.
• Manage tendering, awarding, monitoring, acceptance, and coordination of subcontractor services.
• Prepare calculations and proposals for project bids.
• Ensure performance and quality control for both internal and external services.
• Monitor compliance with legal inspection deadlines and warranty management.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a master's program or state-certified technician with a focus on electrical engineering, supply technology, or refrigeration technology.
• High customer orientation with a solution-focused work approach.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license (Class B).

Nice to Have

• Experience in facility management or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification.
