Production Operator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Prepare production processes by reviewing orders and preparing raw materials.
• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Execute production processes in line with production requirements and quantity standards.
• Monitor the production process continuously, making corrections as needed.
• Conduct sampling for required quality checks.
• Perform daily maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Vocational or secondary school education.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Forklift and crane operator licenses are a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work reliably as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Familiarity with production machinery.
