About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead research initiatives on generative video models, including Neural Avatar and Talking-Head technologies.
• Collaborate with the Applied ML team to productionize research findings and ensure practical applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.
• Prototype innovative solutions that push the boundaries of generative modeling in video synthesis.
• Engage in original research, aiming for publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR and NeurIPS.

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be PhD graduate or 2-3 years of hands-on experience with diffusion models.
• Strong foundation in generative modeling, particularly in image or video synthesis.
• Deep experience with diffusion models (DDPMs, LDMs) in image or video domains.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and experience with GPU-based inference.
• Evidence of original research with publications in reputable conferences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D graphics and Gaussian splatting.
• Background in leading research teams.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
