What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their goals and challenges, translating their needs into technical opportunities.
• Contribute to the design and rapid prototyping of new AI-driven ideas, fostering an experimental mindset.
• Help build and maintain production-ready solutions, focusing on creating smart systems and AI agents that automate tasks and solve complex problems.
• Be actively involved in the full product development lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to ensuring robust and scalable systems.
• Develop user interfaces and interactive demos to showcase progress and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, essential for this Software Engineer role.
• Experience with software engineering best practices, including writing clean, maintainable code and automated testing.
• A keen interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a desire to learn about agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building or orchestrating data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Statistics.

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
