About the Role
Join our forward-thinking software engineering team as an Entry-Level Software Engineer specializing in Agentic AI. This remote position offers you the chance to be at the heart of innovation at Procter & Gamble. As a Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in solving real-world business challenges using cutting-edge technology.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their goals and challenges, translating their needs into technical opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and rapid prototyping of new AI-driven ideas, fostering an experimental mindset.
- Help build and maintain production-ready solutions, focusing on creating smart systems and AI agents that automate tasks and solve complex problems.
- Be actively involved in the full product development lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to ensuring robust and scalable systems.
- Develop user interfaces and interactive demos to showcase progress and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, essential for this Software Engineer role.
- Experience with software engineering best practices, including writing clean, maintainable code and automated testing.
- A keen interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a desire to learn about agentic AI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building or orchestrating data pipelines.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Nice to Have
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or Statistics.
- A curious mindset and an iterative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Proactive and motivated learner with good analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
