About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Conversion Performance Engineer to join our team at LawnStarter. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and lead the charge in optimizing our conversion performance. As a Senior Conversion Performance Engineer, you will be pivotal in enhancing our visit-to-customer rate, which is crucial for our growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Own the landing pages in Webflow, building and running A/B tests using VWO.
• Utilize AI tools, Tableau, and Hotjar to identify and implement conversion optimization strategies.
• Develop a rigorous experimentation program that drives customer acquisition from ad click to completed service.
• Document and standardize testing methodologies to ensure consistency and reliability in results.
• Collaborate with the CMO to report on key metrics and drive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow and VWO, with the ability to build variations and configure tests independently.
• Statistical analysis skills, including familiarity with two-tailed p-tests and Tableau dashboards.
• Experience embedding AI into workflows for hypothesis generation and analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the home services industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and their impact on conversion rates.
