About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Giftbit. This remote Product Designer position offers you the opportunity to shape the user experience of our innovative fintech platform. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through thoughtful design.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design of Giftbit's v2 product, focusing on user-centric solutions that drive conversion and retention.
• Translate complex B2B requirements into intuitive interfaces, ensuring clarity and usability for our customers.
• Collaborate closely with developers to iterate on designs, adapting to feedback and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, particularly in B2B software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with API-first design is highly valued.
• A passion for continuous learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of designing user interfaces for B2B APIs.
• Strong design sense and the ability to communicate design challenges effectively.
• Experience using AI tools in your design process.
