About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Giftbit, a leading fintech company that enables rewards and payouts. As a Product Designer remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that drive customer conversion, retention, and growth. This is a unique opportunity to own the design of our core application, working closely with a small, distributed team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design of Giftbit's v2 product, focusing on multi-account and multi-user workflows.
• Translate complex B2B requirements into intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Design the reward recipient journey, ensuring simplicity and delight coexist.
• Collaborate daily with our engineering team, iterating on designs as constraints and learnings emerge.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine your designs based on feedback.
• Contribute your design perspective to cross-functional teams, impacting marketing, sales, and support.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process.
• Experience designing B2B software interfaces, particularly with an API-first approach.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• A desire to continuously learn and adapt in an evolving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API design and understanding of business contexts for seamless integration.
• Aptitude for brand and graphic design, with the ability to communicate design challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design processes.
