What You'll Do

• Teach Product Design Technology and Art & STEAM subjects across Secondary levels, fostering a creative and engaging learning environment.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology, including AI tools, to enhance student learning experiences.
• Plan and implement curriculum that aligns with the National Curriculum of England and promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that inspire students and connect learning to real-world applications.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• A minimum of a B.Ed. or a B.A. with a PGCE in Design Technology and/or Art, along with QTS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A growth mindset and a passion for fostering student engagement and achievement.
• Experience in using data and assessment to inform teaching and improve student outcomes.
• Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community.

Nice to Have

• Experience with innovative teaching tools and technology.
• Background in project-based learning and design thinking.
• Familiarity with international education standards and practices.
