Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Role for B2B Growth

About the Role

Join Charly Agency as a Digital Marketing Manager remote and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. This position allows you to work from anywhere in LATAM, Morocco, or Egypt while directly reporting to our CEO. You will be responsible for driving sales outreach, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility. Your exceptional writing skills will be crucial in crafting compelling messages that resonate with our B2B audience.

What You'll Do

• Lead sales outreach initiatives by writing and sending cold email campaigns to B2B prospects.
• Scrape and build targeted lead lists from various databases and online sources.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach sequences to generate qualified leads effectively.
• Identify and engage attendees from industry events and conferences to expand our network.
• Consistently follow up to keep the sales pipeline moving and track all activities in the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and closing by joining discovery and intro calls to qualify leads and present our services.
• Handle objections and support proposal preparation alongside the CEO.
• Recruit and manage referral and affiliate partners to enhance our affiliate and partner program.
• Write YouTube video scripts that build authority and drive organic traffic, overseeing video editing and production for quality.
• Build and publish case studies from existing client work to showcase our success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, growth marketing, or a combined role.
• Exceptional English writing skills for cold emails, scripts, LinkedIn, and web content.
• Experience in scraping lead databases and building targeted prospect lists.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns or paid social media strategies.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: experience with video production workflows or content creation for agencies.
