About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Human Resources Manager to join our team in the Texas Metropolitan Area. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead human resources functions within an automotive manufacturing plant. What You'll Do
- Lead the human resources team and manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Provide overall plant support and ensure a safe, productive work environment.
- Handle escalated human resources issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Optimize HRIS systems to increase efficiency and manage all recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention activities.
- Generate data, reports, and presentations on human resources-related KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of plant human resources management experience.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is required.
- Strong experience with managing Talent Acquisition programs and union labor relations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as SHRM or HRCI.
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Toyoda Way management principles.
